Rajma - 1 1/2 cups
Finely chopped Onion - 1
Tomato - 2
Ginger - to taste
Garlic - to taste
Potato - 1
Red Chilli powder - to taste
Rajma masala - to taste
Salt - to taste

Method :

  • Soak rajma overnight. Pressure cook rajma and potato.
  • Put tawa, fry onions, ginger, garlic till they become golden brown, add tomatoes and add red chilli powder and rajma masala to the onion and tomato. This will give nice coloring to the gravy.
  • Cut the boiled potato and add the rajma and potato to the onion and tomato.
  • Let the gravy boil for sometime. Finally add Coriander leaves to taste.
