Ingredients for Sheera:
Rava - 1/2 cup
Sugar - 1/2 cup
Milk - 2 cups
Ghee - as required
Cashewnuts - few
Banana - 1/4 cup
- Boil the milk and keep it aside.
- On a tawa, heat ghee, roast cashewnuts and set it aside.
- Add little more of ghee and roast rawa. Add milk and let it cook.
- After the rawa is cooked, add the sugar and banana.
- Sheera is ready for Sathyanarayana pooja.
