Kesari
Ingredients:
Rawa - 1 Cup
Water - 3 Cups
Sugar - 2 Cups
Ghee - 3 tablespoon
Cashew nuts - 5
Cardamon powder - a pinch
Kesar powder - a pinch
Method:- Pour little ghee and fry the cashew nuts and keep it aside
- Add the rawa and fry for sometime in the ghee till it becomes red color and then add the water
- When the rawa is cooked, add the sugar, cardamom powder and kesar powder and stir it finely
- Finally add ghee and stir it evenly and add the cashew nuts and switch off the flame
- The yummy Kesari is ready to serve.
