Ingredients:
Pattani/Peas Sundal- 1 Cup
Chopped Mango - 2 table spoon
Salt - To Taste
Red Chilli - 1
Sundal Powder - 2 teaspoon
Grated Cocunut - 1 tablespoon
Curry leaves - few
Hing - a pinch

For Seasoning:
Oil - 1 teaspoon
Mustard Seeds - 1 teaspoon

Method:
  1. Soak the Pattani/Peas Sundal in water overnight
  2. The next day pressure cook the Pattani/Peas Sundal along with salt and allow for 3 whishtles
  3. Heat the pan, pour some oil and add mustard seeds. 

  4. Once the mustard seeds begins to sputter, add hing, curry leaves, broken red chilli and fry for 5 seconds

  5. Then add the cooked Pattani/Peas Sundal and mix it well along with sundal powder

  6. Finally add the grated cocunut, chopped mango and mix it well

  7. Keep the mixed Pattani / Peas Sundal in flame for 2 minutes and remove from fame

  8. The delicious Pattani/Peas Sundal sundal is ready for neivedhyam and for serving
