Angaya Powder

It is a pathiya podi for a delivered woman. Its very good for stomach.

Dhaniya(coriander seeds)2 tablespoons
Neem flower2 teaspoon
Sundakaai vathal2 teaspoon
Pepper1/2 teaspoon
Cumin Seeds1/2 teaspoon
SaltTo Taste

  • Heat a heavy bottomed pan, and add all ingredients and dry fry the ingredients
  • Grind all the ingredients in a mixer to a nice powder
  • Serve the angaya podi with hot rice and ghee. This powder is good for stomach.

Neem flower has its own medical qualities. You should het this in any Nattu Mrundhu(Traditional Indian herbal medicene) shops.
