Standard white potatoes are good in nutrients and add calories to the babies. I prefer giving sweet potatoes instead of the standard ones. But this is also good as it is rich in vitamin A.

Potato - 1

  1. Pressure cook the potato or steam cook it in a microwave.
  2. Peel the skin and mash it with a fork or a ladle
  3. Do not grind it as it becomes like a glue
  4. Feed it to the baby with a pinch of salt. But salt is optional. If your baby likes to eat it as it is that should be fine
