Broken wheat Adai is a healthy breakfast dish as we are not including rice in this preparation, yet a very tasty adai which goes very well with aviyal. I tried this. Came out very well & tasty. Even my husband who does not like wheat as ingredient in dosa varieties, liked this very much. Thank you for this healthy recipe.

plz suggest me the side dish for this receipe..

Jaggery and Aviyal are the best accompaniment for this recipe.

Thanks. I will try this. Ideal for diabetics like myself trying to follow a Samba Wheat diet.

Can I use daliya instead of samba godhumai rava?? As here I won't get samba godhumai rava.....

Daliya and samba godhumai rava are both same. Daliya is the hindi word for that.

Thanks for the reply.samba rava and daliya are not same ... daliya is just broken rava we get from normal wheat.. and samba godhumai rava is from samba godhumai that we use for halwa..
There's a difference between both the Upma made with daliya 'll not taste like our samba godhumai rava Upma..
