Adding little Indian spices and stir-fry them, we will have delicious dry curry ready in no time. This cabbage dry curry is a perfect accompaniment for roti or any rice varieties.

Ingredients:
Grated or thinly sliced cabbage1/2 Kg
Sliced Carrots1 Cup
Onion1, thinly sliced
Tomato1, thinly sliced
Red Chilli Powder1/2 teaspoon
Turmeric Powder 1/4 teaspoon
Coriander Powder1 teaspoon
Garam Masala1/2 teaspoon
SaltTo Taste
Finely chopped coriander Leaves1 tablespoon

Method:
  1. Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds. When the mustard seeds starts to sputter, add cumin seeds.
  2. Add thinly sliced onions, along with pinch of salt. turmeric powder, coriander powder and garam masala and saute the onions till they turn transparent
  3. When the onions turn transparent, add the grated cabbage and sliced carrots and stir-fry in high flame for couple of minutes. Then close the pan with a lid and allow the veggies to cook completely till they are soft and tender
  4. When the veggies are completely cooked, add sliced tomatoes and garnish with coriander leaves
  5. The delicious Cabbage Dry curry is now ready to serve!
