Boiled Chick Peas1 Cup*
Boiled and Peeled Potato1 cubed
Onion1 finely Chopped
Tomato1 finely Chopped
Green Chutney1 tablespoon
Sweet Chutney1 tablespoon
Red Chilli Powder1/2 teaspoon
Chaat Masala Powder 1/2 teaspoon
Lemon Juice1 teaspoon
Coriander Leaves1/8 Cup
Plain Sev / Ommapodi1 tablespoon

* 1 Cup = 250ml

  1. In a mixing bowl, add boiled chick peas. Add boiled, peeled and cubed potato, onion, tomato,green chutney, sweet chutney, red chilli powder, chaat masala and mix well. Toss with wooden fork so that the chick peas doesn't get mushy
  2. Add lemon juice and toss gently. Finally garnish with coriander leaves and sev 
  3. Serve the delicious Aloo Channa Chaat and enjoy your evening!
