Paneer Ladoo (Malai Ladoo) Recipe with paneer and condensed milk is one of the popular North Indian Dessert. Very quick to make easy dessert. Obviously home made paneer would be a better option for this lovely dessert. But still we can do with store bought paneer. I use store bought paneer to make this dish and it turned out yummy. With Store bought Paneer and condensed milk, it will take only few minutes to make nearly 20 delicious Paneer Ladoos.

Ingredients:
Paneer200gms
Condensed Milk1 Tin (14oz)
Rose Essence2-3 Drops
Cardamom powder1/2 Teaspoon
Ghee1 teaspoon

Method:
  1. Soak the store bought paneer in warm water for 15 minutes. If you are using homemade paneer, you can skip the soaking step
  2. After 15 minutes, drain the water and crumble the paneer roughly
  3. Take the crumbled paneer in mixer jar and also add condensed milk and grind everything to a smooth paste
  4. Heat a heavy bottomed pan, add ghee. Add the ground Paneer+condensed milk mixture and keep stirring continuously
  5. Add rose essence and cardamom powder and keep stirring till the mixture becomes thick and rolls like a ball without sticking to the sides of the pan. If you take a pinch of the paneer mixture and roll it to a ball, then the consistency is perfect and hence you can switch off the flame
  6. Allow the Paneer mixture to cool till your hand can handle and then make lemon sized balls out of the mixture 
  7. Garnish the Paneer Ladoos with Almonds or Pistachios and serve! Delicious Paneer Ladoos ready!
