Though lots of us have confusion of whether to cook maggi anymore or not, I still feel once a while we can have Maggi. This veggie rich Maggi Noodles are so easy and also quick to make. In most of the office pantries this spicy veggie rich Maggi will be the most popular dish. Hot and spicy Street Style Veggie Maggi Noodles is always a delight to our taste buds! Perfect dish for the evening tiffin. Very filling, aromatic and tasty recipe. We can also make the Noodles without maggie, which is also an another option.

Ingredients
Vegetables
- 1 Onion sliced
- 2 Green Chili slit
- 1/2 Tomato chopped
- 1/2 Capsicum sliced
- 1/2 cup Cabbage shredded
- 2 tbsp Green Peas
Masala and Other Ingredients
- 1 Packet Maggie Noodles Small Packet
- 1 tsp Coriander Powder
- 1/4 tsp Cumin Powder
- To Taste Salte
- 1 tbsp Cooking Oil
- 1/4 tsp Chaat Masala
Instructions
- First lets cook the veggies. Heat oil in a pan. Add sliced onion and sauté till translucent
- Add slit green Chilies along with tomato and sauté for few seconds.
- Then, add the capsicum, cabbage and green peas. Add cumin and coriander powder and give it a good mix
- Stir-fry in high flame till they are 90% cooked and they have still little crispiness left
- Now lets cook maggi. Bring 200ml water to boil. Add maggi tastemaker.
- Split and add maggi and cook for 2 minutes. Do not keep the maggi in flame till all the water are absorbed. We need cooked maggi with juicy water.
- To the cooked maggi, add the stir-fried veggies and toss everything well
- Finally sprinkle chaat masala and switch off the flame
- The delicious Street Style Spicy Vegetable Maggi Noodles Ready!
