- 1 cup Sugar 1 cup - 250 grams
- 10 nos Mint Leaves
- ½ teaspoon Roasted Cumin Powder
- ½ teaspoon Black Salt
- ½ teaspoon Salt

- ½ cup Ice Cubes

Cooking the Raw Mangoes
- Wash the mangoes and place them in a pot with 2 cups of water, then pressure cook them. Allow them to cook for 4-5 whistles until they are completely soft. Once cooked, separate the pulp from the skin and discard the skin. Also, extract the pulp from the mango seed. You now have your cooked mango pulp ready.
Grinding
- Add freshly washed mint leaves, roasted cumin powder, black salt, and regular salt to the pulp. Also, incorporate sugar into the mixture and transfer it to a blender.
