Bhel Puri (Bhelpuri) Recipe
Bhelpuri is a famous road side snack in Mumbai. Nowadays its very famous across all the Indian cities. Bhelpuri is low-fat, nutritious and delicious. It’s a stomach filling evening crunchy snack which has the wonderful combination ingredients. There are many variation of Bhelpuri depending on the ingredients we add, but the puffed rice, sevs and chutneys are three key ingredients of this Bhelpuri.

Ingredients:
Puffed Rice | 1 Cup* |
Chopped Cucumber** | 1/2 Cup |
Boiled Potatoes (outer skin removed) | 2 |
Chopped Tomato | 1/2 Cup |
Green Chilli | 2 |
Peanuts | 1/4 Cup |
Plain Sev | 3/4 Cup |
Chaat Masala Powder | 2 teaspoon |
Green Chutney | 1 tablespoon |
Sweet Chutney | 1 tablespoon |
Chopped Coriander Leaves | 2 tablespoon |
*1 Cup Capacity = 250ml
** Cucumber can be substituted with onion

Method:
- In a bowl add the puffed rice and chopped cucumber.
- Add chopped tomatoes, boiled and chopped potatoes and peanuts.
- Add Sev, Green Chilies and Chat masala.
- Finally add the Green Chutney and Sweet Chutney and mix well.
- Before serving, garnish with Coriander leaves and Sev and serve the Bhel Puri (Bhelpuri) immediately and enjoy your chaat!
