Bhindi Raita | Okra Raita, one of the delicious raita variety. Raita is a yogurt dip usually served with Pulao, Biryani and other mixed rices. We add salad veggies like Chopped or grated cucumber, Grated Carrot, Chopped Onion, tomato, mixed vegetables or plain crunchy Boondi to fresh beaten curd. Also we add spices like roasted cumin, pepper powder, chopped green chili, chaat masala and make it delicious and a perfect dip for Pulao, Biryani etc.

Most of the rice varieties like Pulao, Biryani already have lots of spices, masala in it and this raita would be a perfect  accompaniment. For most of the Raita varieties we add raw veggies, but for this Bhindi Raita, we need to first stir-fry Bhindi till its crispy and then add the cooked Bhindi to dahi!
