How to make Broken wheat Dosa?
Broken wheat is mixed with wheat flour and rice flour along with green chili, ginger, curry leaves, cumin and pepper. All are then mixed and made into batter. The dosa batter which we are going to make should be thin like a buttermilk and hence we need to cook the dosa only on one side with just half a spoon of oil. Cooking in low flame to get crispier dosa takes little more time than the normal dosa but the taste is dainty. Try this healthy dosa and share your comments!
Why Broken Wheat is Healthy?

This broken wheat is also referred as Dalia, Cracked Wheat and Couscous. 1 Cup of broken wheat has only fewer calories and carbohydrates than White or brown rice.
