Kirni Pazham (Musk melon) is one of the most scrumptious fruit like water melon and it really refreshes our body in this hot summer. We can find Musk melon and water melon in plenty in summer season. Musk melon is low in calories, low in saturated fat and low in cholesterol and hence it is very healthy. I remember my childhood days, when my aunt cuts the musk melon and dip it in sugar and will give it to all of our cousins. The taste of the musk melon is so mouth-watering. Musk melon juice | Kirni Pazham Juice is so tasty and refreshing. I generally don't add sugar as the fruit itself is so tasty. But if you want more taste you could add sugar. Ingredients:
Musk Melon / Kirni Pazham 1
Sugar ¼ Cup*
Lemon ½
Ice Cubes 5-6
Mint Leaves(Optional) For Garnishing

* 1 Cup = 250ml

Method:

  1. Cut the melon into halves. Remove the seeds  from the center of the melon.
  2. Using a spoon scrap the contents of the halves and add it to the blender or juicer. 
  3. Add sugar or honey to to the blender. Now blend the fruit to a smooth juice. 
  4. Finally add lemon juice and blend it once. Take a serving glass and add ice-cubes and add the blended musk melon juice and serve chilled. 
  5. Enjoy the refreshing Kirni Pazham Juice!
