Ingredients:
Whole Milk 1 Litre
Mango Puree 1 Cup
Saffron Strands few
Sugar ¼ Cup
Cardamom Powder ¼ Teaspoon
Chopped Almonds & Pistachios 2 Tablespoon

Method:

  1. Take 2 Tablespoon of hot milk in a bowl, add few saffron strands and let it soak for 10 mins
  2. Heat milk in a pan. Bring the milk to boil. Once the milk starts to boil, keep the flame low and boil the milk till it reduces to ½ of its quantity. While boiling, gently scrape the sides and stir in the milk solids. Stir the milk occasionally while it is boiling
  3. After the milk reduces to ½ of its quantity, add the saffron soaked milk along with sugar and cardamom powder and stir well to combine everything 
  4. Garnish with nuts and keep the milk in flame for another couple of minutes and switch off the flame. Allow the milk to cool down
  5. Then, add the mango puree and stir well. Refrigerate and serve the delicious and chilled Mango Rabdi (Aam Ki Rabri) and enjoy the taste!
