Whole Milk | 1 Litre |
Mango Puree | 1 Cup |
Saffron Strands | few |
Sugar | 1/4 Cup |
Cardamom Powder | 1/4 Teaspoon |
Chopped Almonds & Pistachios | 2 Tablespoon |

Method:
- Take 2 Tablespoon of hot milk in a bowl, add few saffron strands and let it soak for 10 mins
- Heat milk in a pan. Bring the milk to boil. Once the milk starts to boil, keep the flame low and boil the milk till it reduces to 1/2 of its quantity. While boiling, gently scrape the sides and stir in the milk solids. Stir the milk occasionally while it is boiling
- After the milk reduces to 1/2 of its quantity, add the saffron soaked milk along with sugar and cardamom powder and stir well to combine everything
- Garnish with nuts and keep the milk in flame for another couple of minutes and switch off the flame. Allow the milk to cool down
- Then, add the mango puree and stir well. Refrigerate and serve the delicious and chilled Mango Rabdi (Aam Ki Rabri) and enjoy the taste!
