Making Milk Burfi is a a little complicated and tedious process. We need to cook the whole milk continuously with constant stirring and it takes more time for the milk to condense and becomes thick. We need more strength in hands but the result is worthy. Instead of the traditional process, using milk powder to make milk burfi eases and quickens the process of making burfi. Milk powder burfi has the same outcome as the traditional process. The richness of the milk powder along with the milk and the richness of nuts makes this burfi extremely delicious.
