Paneer Pulao, an absolute delight for all the paneer and rice lovers. Aroma rich basmati rice is cooked with fried Paneer and stir-fried veggies along with whole garam masala and Indian Spices. This is a quick and easy to make Pulao variety and rich in taste. This is a No Onion No Garlic Paneer Pulao. We can also use onion and garlic but I like this way of making Paneer Pulao.
This Paneer Pulao is not only rich with the flavor of Paneer but also look so appetizing and appealing with lots of veggies like Carrot, Peas etc. The main spice for this pulao is Ginger and green chili. I love to grind the green chili and ginger to a paste and and add it to the tempering and sauté it to get rid off raw smell. This way, the pulao will be more spicy and flavorful. But if you are making it for kids, then we can just temper green chili and ginger. This Paneer Pulao tastes so good with Dal Makhni or Tadka Dal or even with simple Aloo Jeera. Serve this yummy dish with your favorite raita and enjoy the dish!

Other Pulao Varieties You can try:

1. Peas Pulao
2. Sweet Corn Methi Pulao
3. Coriander Mint Pulao
4. Kala Chana Pulao
5. Tomato Pulao
6. Beet Pulao

Notes

  1. If you are a spice lover, then you can try grinding green chili, ginger and paste that will add more spice than tempering them
  2. Always soak basmati rice or any rice for at least 20-30 mins. That will make the rice cook faster and the rice will be fluffy
  3. Soak the Cubed Paneer in hot water till we add it to rice that will help the paneer to be soft
