Can it be made without using soda??
Cooking Soda helps to get the pakoda soft inside thought we have crispy outer. But if we don’t want we can exclude baking soda.
Why is my pakoda roundlets crumbling while frying?
Either the butter is more or roasted gram is more either one cause the crumbling. Try sprinking more gram flour to bind the pakoda together
Thank you.
