A Great Kids Party Snack!

Bread Pizza Cups,  cute and tempting snacks, kids would love to devour. For any parties, or even for a simple evening snack, this Bread Pizza cups are a great treat for the kids. Unlike, pizza, this Bread Pizza cups are very easy and quick to make and it has the similar taste as of Pizza. The outer edges are nice and crispy, while the inside has cooked vegetables with seasonings. Most of us have all the ingredients necessary for this recipe handy in the kitchen all the times. Bread slices are lined inside cup cake moulds are filled in with pizza sauce topped with lots of veggies, cheese along with spices like pepper, basil leaves, Italian Seasoning etc and baked in oven till the bread bup is golden brown and cheese melted.

Cheese melted Bread Pizza cups are always a great hit in any parties or events! . For most of out Indian parties, we tend to do our usual snacks like bajji, bonda, pakoras, or other Indian Chaat items. But most of the kids in this generation are all great lovers of cheese, especially Indian kids living abroad. They love to eat pizza in whatever opportunity they get. This Bread Pizza cups is also so cheesy that the first look of it itself is so appetizing and we can't resist ourselves to stop with one!

Ingredients

  • 6 Bread Slices
  • 1 finely Onion Chopped
  • 1 finely Tomato Chopped
  • ½ finely Red Bell Pepper Chopped
  • ½ finely Green Bell Pepper Chopped
  • ½ cup Grated Cheese
  • Salt As Needed
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper Powder
  • 6 tablespoon Pizza Sauce
  • Butter For Greasing Cupcake tray
  • Italian Seasoning For Seasoning
  • Basil Leaves For Seasoning

Instructions 

Set up Cupcake Tray!

  • Take a Cupcake Tray, grease each mould with butter and set it aside.

Work with Bread Slices

  • Take each bread slice, roll it nicely to a thin slice. Thinner the slice, crispier will be the pizza cups. Using a sharp cutter or lid, cut each thin sliced bread to a round shaped slice. Again roll the circle shaped thin slice to much more thinner slice. Repeat this for other bread slices.

Filling Preparation

  • In a mixing bowl, add onion, tomato, bell peppers, cheese, salt, pepper powder and mix everything well.

Pre-Heating Process

  • Pre-heat the Oven to 350 Degrees F.

Lining Breads & filling veggies

  • Keep each rolled thin bread slice inside each of the cupcake mould. Filling each bread cup with 1 teaspoon of pizza sauce.
  • Add 2 teaspoon of filling in each cups. Top up each cup with pepper powder. Season with Italian Seasoning, basil leaves. This seasoning is optional!

Baking Time!

  • Bake in Pre-heated Oven for 12-15 mins or until the cheese is completely melted and the outer cover of the Bread Pizza Cup becomes light brown and crispy!

Serving Time!

  • Serve the Crispy & tasty Bread Pizza Cups and enjoy the wonderful snack!
