Garlic is a natural antibiotic. For ear pain, my grandmother always go for Garlic. Also we all know the medicinal and nutritional value of peppercorns. The process of making Poondu Milagu Kuzhambu is similar to the traditional Milagu kuzhambu, just with the only variation of adding garlic. Quick, simple to make and very healthy. Sometimes we would prepare heavy meal for a festival or for some potluck or parties and we really  need some break for our tummy and also for us 🙂 , I would like to make this yummy kuzhambu to clear my system.

Garlic, as we know is very important to be included for lactating mom. We follow a Pathiya Samayal (Balanced Diet) for lactating mom and we include lots of garlic as it will help in increasing mother’s milk. We can make this Poondu Milagu Kuzhambu as part of the balanced diet.
