After 30 mins, drain the water from rice and add the soaked rice in the mixer jar. Add 1/4 Cup of milk and grind it to a coarse paste and set it aside
Also, take the drain water from soaked nuts, peel the almond skin. Add soaked almond and cashews in the mixer jar and grind it to a paste and set it aside

Take the delicious chilled Mango Phirni and serve it chilled!
- Add the mango pulp only after the milk is cooled off completely
- Earthen pots gives much more flavor, but we can use regular ceramic pots too
- I have used 2 fresh mangoes and made pulp out of it. But we can also use store bought mango pulp.
