Masala Kara Pori is a snack made using Puffed rice, boiled peanuts and chopped vegitables like carrot, raw mango along with other spices. This is very famous in the Chennai beaches where many street side vendors selling it in the moving cart. It's spicy, tangy, crunchy and healthy snack that you can make it easily in the home.

2cupsPuffed Rice (Pori)(1 cup = 250 ml)
3tbspRaw Mangofinely chopped
¼tspRed Chili Powder
½tspSaltadjust to your taste
Soak the raw peanuts in water for 30 minutes. After half an hour, drain the water and add fresh water along with salt and pressure cook the peanuts allowing it for 3 whistles.
Meanwhile, finely chop onion, tomato, mango and coriander leaves

Take the puffed rice in a mixing bowl. Add cooked peanuts to the mixing bowl
Then add red chilli powder and give a good mix. Then add chopped onion, tomato, mango, grated carrot and mix well. Finally add chopped coriander leaves
Mix everything well and add the lemon juice and again mix once
The yummy Beach Style Pori is now ready to serve!!!
