- 1 pack spaghetti 16oz
- 2 nos Avocado
- ½ cup Basil Leaves
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 2 tablespoon Lemon Juice
- 1½ teaspoon Salt adjust to your taste
- 3 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Dry Oregano For Seasoning
- 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning For Seasoning
Preparing Pesto
Peel the skin and de-seed the avocado. Chop the avocado and take it to the mixer jar. Add basil leaves, garlic cloves, peppercorns, salt and lemon juice and grind it to a smooth paste
Add olive oil and grind it to fine paste till the oil is completely incorporated. Now the Avocado Basil Pesto Ready!
