Street Style Maggi Noodles | Spicy Vegetable Maggi Recipe
Many of us are still Maggi Lovers. Maggi is very quick and easy to make. Especially street style maggi is so yummy as it is enriched with stir-fried veggies.

Vegetables
- 1 Onion sliced
- 2 Green Chili slit
- ½ Tomato chopped
- ½ Capsicum sliced
- ½ cup Cabbage shredded
- 2 tablespoon Green Peas
Masala and Other Ingredients
- 1 Packet Maggie Noodles Small Packet
- 1 teaspoon Coriander Powder
- ¼ teaspoon Cumin Powder
- To Taste Salte
- 1 tablespoon Cooking Oil
- ¼ teaspoon Chaat Masala
First lets cook the veggies. Heat oil in a pan. Add sliced onion and sauté till translucent
Add slit green Chilies along with tomato and sauté for few seconds.
Then, add the capsicum, cabbage and green peas. Add cumin and coriander powder and give it a good mix
Stir-fry in high flame till they are 90% cooked and they have still little crispiness left
Now lets cook maggi. Bring 200ml water to boil. Add maggi tastemaker.
Split and add maggi and cook for 2 minutes. Do not keep the maggi in flame till all the water are absorbed. We need cooked maggi with juicy water.
To the cooked maggi, add the stir-fried veggies and toss everything well
Finally sprinkle chaat masala and switch off the flame
