Take a mixing bowl. Add besan along with salt, turmeric, red chili powder, cumin seeds and give a good mix.
1 Cup Gram Flour (Besan / Chickpea Flour), 1 Pinch Turmeric Powder, ½ teaspoon Red Chili Powder, ½ teaspoon Salt, ½ teaspoon Cumin Seeds
Add water little by little and mix well to get a thick batter.
Now add finely chopped onion, capsicum, carrot, tomato and coriander leaves. Give a good mix.
½ no Onion, 1 no Carrot, ¼ no Green Capsicum, 2 tablespoon Coriander Leaves, ½ no Tomato
Now the besan mixture is ready!
Heat a tawa, spread 1 teaspoon butter. Add 4 slices of bread and slightly toast the bread on both the sides. Keep the toasted bread slices aside in a plate.

Take a toasted bread and drop it in the besan mixture, spread the besan mixture on the top of the bread and then place the besan coated bread on the hot tawa.
Add butter and close the tawa with a lid. Keep the flame low and allow the bread to get cooked.
Gently flip the bread and cook the other side with closed lid.
Take out the cooked Bread Besan toast and toast the rest of the bread.
