Notes

Few Tips to make Kesar Doodh Peda
  1. Saffron Infusion: Soak saffron threads in warm milk for a rich saffron infusion. This adds a beautiful color and aromatic flavor to the pedas.
  2. Consistency Matters: Pay close attention to the consistency of the mixture. Stir the mixture until it thickens, becomes fluffy, and forms into a ball without sticking to the pan's sides.
  3. Flavor Enhancement: Enhance the flavor with cardamom powder. It complements the saffron beautifully and adds an extra layer of aroma.
  4. Decorate Creatively: Be creative with garnishes. Chopped pistachios or almonds can add a lovely crunch and visual appeal to the pedas.
  5. Cool Before Shaping: Allow the mixture to cool just enough to handle before shaping into pedas. This makes the process easier and prevents burning your hands.
