- 2 Tomato
- ¼ teaspoon Turmeric Powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt asjust to your taste
- 2 tablespoon Sesame oil
For Grinding
- 2 teaspoon Coriander Seeds
- 1 teaspoon Whole Urad Dal
- 1 teaspoon Split Bengal Gram (Channa Dal / Kadalaparuppu)
- 2 nos Red Chili
For Tempering
- 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon Split Urad Dal
- 1 teaspoon Split Bengal Gram (Channa Dal / Kadalaparuppu)
- 1 slit Green Chilli
- Few Curry Leaves
- 1 tablespoon Cashew
Frying Grinding Ingredients
Tempering Process
Heat oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds and allow it to sputter. Then, add split urad dal, bengal gram dal, green chili and curry leaves and saute till the dal turns golden brown.
