Sweet Potato Puree for Toddlers

Sweet Potatoes are a good start up puree for the babies in vegetable category. It is rich in fiber and also rich in Vitamin A, Vitamin C and B6. You can find this in indian shops very easily. If are living abroad, you can find it in shops with the name as 'Yam'. Surely all children will like it as it has good sweetness.

Ingredients:
Sweet Potato - 1
Method:
  • Wash the sweet potato to remove sand
  • Peel the skin and chop it to little cubes
  • Steam cook in a pressure cooker
  • Once cooked, take it and smash it with a ladle or fork and feed the yummy sweet potato puree to the baby.
