Aloo Channa Chaat is one of the popular Indian Chaat. Potato, chick peas are mixed with Chaat chutney and other spices. A sweet and tangy snack for the evening. Ingredients:
Boiled Chick Peas | 1 Cup* |
Boiled and Peeled Potato | 1 cubed |
Onion | 1 finely Chopped |
Tomato | 1 finely Chopped |
Green Chutney | 1 tablespoon |
Sweet Chutney | 1 tablespoon |
Red Chilli Powder | 1/2 teaspoon |
Chaat Masala Powder | 1/2 teaspoon |
Lemon Juice | 1 teaspoon |
Coriander Leaves | 1/8 Cup |
Plain Sev / Ommapodi | 1 tablespoon |
* 1 Cup = 250ml

Method:
- In a mixing bowl, add boiled chick peas. Add boiled, peeled and cubed potato, onion, tomato,green chutney, sweet chutney, red chilli powder, chaat masala and mix well. Toss with wooden fork so that the chick peas doesn’t get mushy
- Add lemon juice and toss gently. Finally garnish with coriander leaves and sev
- Serve the delicious Aloo Channa Chaat and enjoy your evening!
