Reading Time: 3 minutes
In my previous post, I have given the preparation about Apple, Beetroot & Carrot Juice. I always end up doing everything in larger quantities and this time it is the juice and I thought of converting them to Ice Lollys so that everyone can enjoy the lollys in this hot summer. The preparation of juice remains same expect a minor addition of yoghurt and some more honey.

Ingredients:
Beetroot 1
Carrot 2
Apples 2
Ginger 1 Inch piece
Yoghurt 1/4 Cup
Lemon Juice 1 tablespoon
Honey* 2 teaspoon
* You can substitute Honey with Sugar.

Accessories Required:
Popscile Maker / Ice Lolly Maker* 1
* You can also use the paper cup

Method:

  1. Wash and peel the beetroot, carrots and ginger. Wash the apples. Chop all of them into medium sized cubes. Take all of these to the blender / Juicer and blend them together to make juice. If required, add little amount of water. Finally add yoghurt and blend it once and finally add lemon juice and honey and mix well.
  2. We need Ice lollys for doing this recipe. Even if you don’t have one, no need to panic. We can use paper cups instead of moulds. Pour the juice in each mould or paper cup. Close it with lid and put it in freezer. It will take atleast couple of hours for the lollys to set up in refrigerator.
  3. Once the Ice lollys are set perfectly in refrigerator, we can take a bowl of water and keep the bottom  of the mould in water for 2 minutes. Then we would be able to take the ice lollys out of the mould. Serve the chilled and yummy Ice lollys immediately. Slurp!!!
