Coriander Leaves | ½ Cup |

Capsicum Thokku Recipe |
Method:
- Roughly Chop the capsicum. Take the chopped capsicum to the mixer jar along with green chili, ginger, curry leaves, coriander leaves
- Grind everything to a smooth paste
- Heat oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds and allow it to sputter. Add asafoetida and sauté for few seconds.
- Add capsicum paste to the pan. Add salt and cover and cook the capsicum paste till it becomes thick and oil starts to ooze out.
- Add tamarind extract and stir well. Keep in low flame till it becomes thick like a paste. Thokku should be thick in consistency. Once the thick consistency is achieved, switch off the flame
- The delicious Capsicum Thokku is ready to serve!
