Paneer in White Gravy Recipe

Paneer in white gravy is a delicious Indian recipe served as a Side Dish. A creamy paneer dish that you just can't get enough of! Paneer cubes cooked in rich gravy made with cashew nuts, milk, cream, onion. Very quick and easy to make Paneer Gravy which is a perfect compliment for Indian Breads like Roti, Naan etc..

Ingredients:

Paneer 250gms
Fresh Cream 3 Tablespoon
Milk 2 Tablespoon
Salt To taste
Garam Masala ¼ teaspoon
Ghee 2 tablespoon

For Grinding:

Onion 1 Large 
Ginger 1" Piece
Garlic Cloves 2
Cashews 1 Tablespoon

Method:

  1. If you are using store bought paneer, soak the paneer in warm water for 10-15 minutes and then cube it
  2. Take onion, ginger, garlic, cashews and grind it a smooth paste
  3. Heat ghee in a pan. Add onion paste and fry in ghee for 5 minutes in low flame
  4. Then, add salt, garam masala and fry once again for 5 minutes till all the raw smell goes off
  5. Add Paneer and stir well
  6. Finally add milk, cream, and adjust the water consistency and keep in low flame for couple of minutes
  7. Switch off the flame and take the Paneer gravy in a serving bowl. The delicious Paneer in white Gravy Ready to serve!
