A Refreshing drink made with Raw Mangoes
Aam Panna , a very refreshing juice to beat the heat of summer. It is made from pulp of green raw mangoes and it is used as a tasty and healthy beverage to fight against the intense Indian summer heat. Apart from being tasty this drink also looks good due to its refreshing light green colour. This delicious juice not quenches the thirst but also considered as a great remedy for heat stroke as it prevents the loss of sodium chloride and iron during summer due to excessive sweating.

Would love to see the names of ingredients in hindi(or common indian language) too. Makes it so much easier
Nice post.. I love the way you have explained the procedure using photos.. very easy to follow. I have always loved mango juice, ripe and raw both. I usually buy mango juice of KDD harvest as my work schedule does not allow me to make juice from scratch.. Sadly aam panna is not something you find in the stores.. 🙁 I will probably have to ask my mum to make it when I am home.. thanks for the recipe.
Hey, very nice site. I came across this on Google, and I am stoked that I did. I will definitely be coming back here more often. Wish I could add to the conversation and bring a bit more to the table, but am just taking in as much info as I can at the moment. Thanks for sharing.
