Method:
  1. Remove medium size florets from cauliflower
  2. Heat 4 cups of water in sauce pan. Add ¼ teaspoon of turmeric powder. When the water starts to boil, switch off the flame.
  3. Add the florets. Close it with lid and let it seep for 2 minutes. After 2 minutes, drain the water and take the florets and keep it aside
  4. In a mixing bowl, add salt, ginger-garlic paste, garam masala, red chilli powder, pepper powder, coriander powder and mix well. Then add maida, corn starch, rice flour.
  5. Add soy sauce & chilli sauce and give a good mix. Finally add lemon juice and stir well
  6. Add water little by little and make it to a thick paste. Add the cauliflower florets to the paste
  7. Mix and Coat the florets well with the paste.
  8. Heat oil in a pan for deep frying the florets. Make sure the oil is very hot. If the oil is medium hot, then florets will absorb more oil. So make sure oil is really hot. Deep fry the florets till they turn golden brown color and becomes crispy
  9. Remove and place it on paper towel to  drain the excess oil
  10. In a separate pan, heat oil. Add slit green chillies, curry leaves and onions and saute for a couple of minutes. Add the seasoning to the fried cauliflowers
  11. Crunchy and delicious Gobi 65 is all ready to serve!
