Paneer 65 Recipe | Restaurant Style Paneer 65

Paneer 65 is a very delightful starter for any parties or occasions. Mouth-watering paneer is not only favorite of kids but also for grown-ups. We can make lots of different variety of starters using paneer and Paneer 65 is very simple to make. If we use full fat paneer, then after frying the paneer will be very soft and soggy, so try to use less fat paneer. The outer side of the paneer will be crispy and the inner portion is soft. Try this for any party at your home and surprise your family and friends!

Ingredients:
Paneer 200gms
Maida / All purpose flour 2.5 Tablespoon
Rice Flour 1 Tablepsoon
Corn Flour 3 Tablespoon
Red Chilli Powder 1 teaspoon
Chaat Masala ½ teaspoon
Garam Masala 1 teaspoon
Ginger-Garlic Paste 1 Tablepsoon
Salt To taste
Red Food Color a Pinch(Optional)
Thinly Sliced Onion 1 Cup
Curry Leaves Handful 
Oil For Deep Frying

Method:

  1. Bring the store bought paneer to room temperature. Cut into bite size cubes
  2. In a mixing bowl, add maida, corn flour, rice flour, red chilli powder, chaat masala, garam masala, ginger-garlic paste and salt and mix well
  3. Add water little by little and make it to a thick paste
  4. Add food color and mix well. Food color is completely optional
  5. Add paneer cubes and coat well and set this aside for 15 minutes
  6. Heat oil in a pan. Test the oil by dropping a pinch of batter. If it raises immediately, then heat of oil is ready!
  7. Add 4-5 coated paneer cubes and deep fry the paneer cubes till they are crispy
  8. In the final batch, add few curry leaves and fry it in oil. Also add ½ cup of thinly sliced onions and deep fry the onions and add it to fried paneer cubes
  9. Finally garnish with fresh onion slices, slit green chillies, curry leaves 
  10. The delicious Paneer 65 is all ready! Serve this mouth-watering starter and enjoy the dish!
