Aloo Patta Gobhi Curry is a simple stir-fry made using Potatoes and Cabbage with mild masalas. Sometimes even simple dry curries tastes great and are perfect accompaniment for Indian breads like Roti / Naan etc.  Aloo Patta Gobi is amazing in taste and very simple to make. We can even stuff this dry curry inside chapati and roll it and keep it in lunch box.  Cabbage is a versatile vegetable which can be cooked in different ways. When its cooked with Potatoes it’s lip-smacking!.

Variations & Tips in making Aloo Patta Gobi Subzi

  1. You can also add Tomato & Onion while making this Subzi. I would like to keep it simple hence i have not used Tomato & Onion. If you like it add one tomato and 1 chopped onion and mix it with this subzi
  2. Shred the cabbage in stead of chopping them. For this recipe, the long thin pieces of cabbage are preferred.
  3. You can straight away add the boiled potatoes also to this subzi instead of cooking it directly. It will save some time.

If you like this Aloo Patta Gobhi curry then you can also try other Dry Curry Recipes
