Instant Pot Version:

Here, I have given the recipe of Green Moong Khichdi using pressure cooker. We can make this same Khichdi in an Instant Pot too. All the same are same as we do in press cooker mode, we just need to prepare everything in a "Sauté " mode. Then cancel the sauté mode and press the "Pressure Cook / Manual" mode and set timer for 5 mins. Once timer is off, allow the pressure to naturally release for 10 mins and then force release pressure and our Khichdi will be ready!
