Pudhina Chutney is a quick and easy chutney which we can make in less than 15 minutes. Pudhina(Mint) has a fragrant smell which most of us love it. I always prefer to make Pudhina Chutney instead of the plain coconut chutney as my kids love the flavor of Pudhina. Pudhina(Mint) leaves are beneficial in many health related issues also. Pudhina(Mint) chutney is a wonderful side dish for Idly or Dosas.  This chutney can be made with few other variations by adjusting the ratio of Pudhina and Coconut. One another popular version is to add coriander leaves which makes the chutney very tasty and flavorful.
The rich flavor of Pudhina Leaves and fresh ginger along richness of coconut gives a perfect accompaniment to breakfast dishes like Idly & Dosa
