Sundal Powder  is an essential ingredient in the kitchen. We can add this powder to any poriyal varieties or sundal varieties. This is made using Coriander seeds, Bengal Gram dal (Kadalai Paruppu) and Red Chili. Adding this fresh powder on the Poriyal / Sundal very much enhances the taste and flavor. The shelf life of this powder is long, hence we make it once and store  it in an air tight container and use it whenever required.  Please make sure to adjust the spice that we need to add it to poriyal or sundal as this powder already have red chillies in it.
