French Toast is one of the most common breakfast in any restaurants especially outside India. French toast is a dish made of sliced bread soaked in eggs and milk, then toasted. Slices of bread are soaked or dipped in a mixture of beaten eggs, often whisked with milk or cream. Sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and vanilla may be variously added to the mixture. The bread is then fried in butter or olive oil until browned and cooked through. Day-old bread is often used, both for its thrift and because it will soak up more egg mixture without falling apart. The toasted slices may then be served with confectionary sugar or sweet toppings such as honey, berries, banana  or maple syrup.

Most of us bake eggless cakes and cookies. Nutritional yeast, flax seeds, ripe banana, yogurt are some of the different ingredients we use in place of eggs. This is a simple version of french toast without eggs. My kids loved it so much with maple syrup and berries!
