Paneer Bhurji Sandwich ,a  perfect meal for kids Lunch Box. Crumbled or grated Paneer cooked in spicy tomato Onion gravy and used as a filling for sandwich. A perfect healthy filling breakfast. Some kids don't like to have veggies like raw onions, tomatoes, capsicum. Most of the kids love paneer in any form like gravies or stuffed paratha etc, this crumbled Paneer stuffed sandwich would be a treat to them. My kids love this Paneer Bhurji Sandwich for their sunday breakfast along with ketchup and a glass of orange juice. This would make a perfect breakfast!
