Palak Pulao, a nutrient packed one pot healthy meal. Its a perfect Kid's Lunch box recipe for kids. Kids always have an aversion to eat greens, this pulao is one way to make them eat the greens. Along with spinach, we are adding green peas, potato and mild masala that makes this pulao interesting and enjoyable. We can serve Palak Pulao with Raita of our choice and enjoy this healthy and delicious pulao.

We can make palak pulao with chopped spinach or with the puree. I have chosen the puree method as my kids are finicky about eating leaves. We can make this same pulao in pressure cooker too. I have given here the Instant Pot method of making this pulao.
