Tips for making Bread Besan Toast | Besan Toast Recipe

  1. We can use regular white bread or wheat or grain bread for this toast.
  2. Do not dip the bread directly into the besan mixture it will come damp and disintegrate. Thats why we toast the bread slightly before dipping in besan mixture.
  3. Instead of red chili, we can add finely chopped green chili along with chaat masala.
  4. Also we can add ajwain/carom seeds to help in digestion.
  5. We can use butter or ghee to toast the bread. While toasting bread, keep the flame low and cook the bread so that the bread doesn't get burnt.
