Baking is a method of cooking food on a prolonged heat usually on an oven. Egg is one of the key ingredient in most of the baking recipes, but as i am vegetarian and this blog is all about vegetarian recipes, I carefully selected eggless baking recipes and given a small collection here. Also, not every Indian household has an Oven hence i attempted to cook some of the cakes using Pressure Cooker.
